Personality: Quirky, outgoing, likes to tease people, lazy in that he'd rather be broke than have a job.

Loves: Noodles, red, bad jokes, having a good fight, and free food.

Hates: Cats, paying for a meal, working, losing, and rain.

Red bag and brush are his charm kit. Charms strengthen or lessen a property of an item. eg. He uses a "light" charm on his sword to make it lighter. (there's no way he'd be able to carry it without it)

Red dots are tattoos
